cms.uxbert.ai is a content management platform operated by UXBERT Labs (“we”, “us”). It is used by our team to manage content for UXBERT Labs and affiliated websites. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Who this applies to
The admin application (cms-admin.uxbert.ai) is for authorized UXBERT Labs staff and invited collaborators. It is not a public sign-up service.
What we collect
- Account data — the name, email address, and hashed password of admin users, used solely to authenticate access.
- Content you create — the entries, media, and settings you author in the CMS, stored to operate the service.
- Operational logs — request metadata (timestamp, path, status) and an audit log of content changes, kept for security and troubleshooting. We do not log request bodies or credentials.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or third-party marketing. The platform sets only the cookies required to keep you signed in.
Where data lives
Data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare) with access restricted to authorized personnel. Media assets are served over a CDN.
Retention
Content and its version history are retained while the account and space are active. Revoking an account removes its access immediately; a full export of a space’s data is available on request.
Your requests
For access, correction, export, or deletion of data associated with your account, contact hello@uxbert.com.
