Terms of Service

These terms govern use of cms.uxbert.ai and its admin application (cms-admin.uxbert.ai), operated by UXBERT Labs. By accessing the platform you agree to them.

Access

Access is granted to authorized UXBERT Labs staff and invited collaborators. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke access at any time to protect the platform.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for its intended content-management purpose.
• Do not attempt to access spaces, data, or accounts that are not yours, or to disrupt or probe the service.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights.

Content ownership

Content created in the CMS remains the property of UXBERT Labs or the respective site owner. UXBERT Labs owns the platform software.

Availability

We aim for reliable operation but provide the platform “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance may cause brief downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UXBERT Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
